Can you explain how shipping works?

Yes. All the current artists live in Los Angeles. We work with an art specific shipping company based there. They will crate, insure, deliver, or ship the purchased item. Because each piece is a different size and weight and will be shipped to a different location each time, the cost of shipping will be determined after a down payment for the art work has been received, and a shipping location is determined. We will then invoice for the remainder of the purchase (minus the deposit) and include the shipping costs.

Do I pay sales tax?

Only if the art is shipped within Arizona.

NOTE: There was a recent Supreme Court ruling that was passed that indicates it is up to the states to determine taxes on internet purchases. Therefore, taxes for each state will vary over time. Since we are based in Arizona, sales tax will only be added if shipping anywhere within Arizona.

Can I see the art before I purchase it?

Yes, in some cases. If you are in Los Angeles, we will make every effort for you to see the work and meet the artist.

Can I pay in installments?

No. We will take a deposit for the artwork and when it is ready to ship we will then invoice for the remainder of the purchase (minus the deposit) and include the shipping costs.

What do you accept for payment?

You can use your PayPal Account and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express will be processed through PayPal (No PayPal Account Necessary), a Cashier Check, and Cash.

Can any artist add work?

No. These artists have been carefully curated. However an artist is always welcome to contact us if they are interested in being represented by ArtRep-DG.
